Everything you need to know before stepping inside Night Terrors at Rosemount Museum, including tickets, arrival times, parking, accessibility, age recommendations, and what to expect from the experience.
Is Night Terrors a haunted house?
Night Terrors is not a haunted house.
What time should I arrive?
In order to ensure that you have time to get checked in, please arrive 15 minutes early. If you're late you may not be able to experience Night Terrors and no refunds will be issued.
Is this event wheelchair accessible?
The upper levels of the Rosemount Museum are not wheelchair accessible, but we do have a few options: If you're able to stand briefly to take a small lift (built originally in the early 20th century), we can meet you on the upper floors with your wheelchair. Two of our stories take place on the ground floor. If there's no way for us to get you upstairs, you may elect to purchase a prorated ticket for the two ground-level stories. Will I be standing the whole time?
You will be walking and standing throughout the event, but, along the way there are chairs in which you may rest.
Where do I enter the Rosemount Museum?
Enter the Rosemount Museum (419 W. 4th Street Pueblo, CO 81003) by the west door (on Greenwood Ave.) and step into the gift shop to get checked in.
What are my parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is on the street and meters are not enforced in the evenings.
What can I bring to the event?
As you'll be walking and standing throughout the event, please refrain from bringing large bags. In fact, leaving purses and bags at home or in your car would give you the best experience.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Suggested for ages 12 and up, per parental discretion.

What's the refund/exchange policy?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you need to request a change to your performance date or entry time, email searchercollective@gmail.com. We’re happy to accommodate exchanges when availability allows, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You do not need to print your ticket! Just bring your digital ticket, please! However, if you're unable to bring a digital ticket, please do bring a hard copy.
