Rehearsal Dates
Rehearsals are scheduled in 3-4 hours blocks, but director primarily work with individual actors in 2-hour sections. One rehearsal in late July to view the house and then full schedule starts in mid-August.
***Please note that rehearsals are partially in Pueblo and partially in Colorado Springs.
Performance Dates
October 8-11th and 15-18th from 6 PM-10 PM.
Paid gig
This is a paid gig based on a profit share model.
A profit share is where we take the gross of the entire show, subtract the budget, and then each member/entity in the team is given a share of the profits. So, for example, actors might get one share, the venue might get 2, etc. So for simple math, if a show made $100, and had 10 shares split amongst the team, with actors having one share, venue having 2, director having 1.5, then actors would get $10, the venue $20, director $15. The baseline concept is that the more the show makes, the more each person makes. All of this is covered contractually at the beginning of the process and you’ll know the amount of shares you have before you start.
To give you an idea, we pay actors $700 (often times more) on average and have shown growth with every year so far.
*Please note that, because of our profit share model, we cannot guarantee a certain amount. Instead, you are guaranteed a percentage of profits.

We are also on the lookout for a designer who will work on props, set design, and costume design. We’re also looking for a sound designer! Please fill out the form below.
Designer
Seeking a multidisciplinary Designer for a new immersive theatrical production.
This production will take place inside a 160-year-old house. The space itself is part of the story:
creaking corridors, hidden rooms, antique architecture, candlelight, shadow, dust, velvet, and the feeling that the house may be listening.
We are seeking a collaborative designer interested in helping shape the visual identity of the entire experience through:
⚙ costumes
🕯 props
🪞 scenic/environmental dressing
🎭 hair & makeup
📼 atmospheric visual storytelling
This is not traditional theatre design.
Audiences will move directly through the environment, investigate spaces at close range, and encounter intimate details that reward observation. We are looking for someone excited by layered visual world-building and immersive environments that feel lived in, haunted, beautiful, and unstable.
We already have access to portions of costume stock and existing materials within the house, offering an incredible foundation for transformation and creative experimentation.
Ideal candidates may have experience in:
immersive theatre
costume design
scenic dressing
installation art
props fabrication
horror/fantasy aesthetics
site-specific performance
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone imaginative, collaborative, resourceful, and excited to help turn an old house into a living mystery on a limited budget.

We are looking for a collaborative artist excited by:
🕯 immersive theatre
🎛 atmospheric worldbuilding
📼 nonlinear storytelling
⚡ reactive audio environments
🩸 psychological tension
🌧 layered environmental soundscapes
The sound of this production is not background. It is architecture.
Audiences will move through shifting spaces, investigations, hidden narratives, and fractured realities.
We are seeking someone interested in helping create:
environmental soundscapes
transitional audio cues
reactive tension and dread
distorted archival textures
mechanical ambience
haunting musical motifs
immersive spatial sound experiences
Ideal candidates may have experience in:
theatrical sound design
immersive/interactive work
installation audio
experimental composition
horror atmosphere
live cueing systems
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone imaginative, collaborative, and excited to help build a living world from the ground up.
